Actively involved in developing a township of about 89 Acres - Globevill, Sriperumbudur.
SAAR CITY - Completed development, promotion, marketing and sales of about 8,00,000 sq ft of residential plots as a part of the above township. Total about INR 160.0 crores.
Currently developing a huge township of about 45 Acres with about 12,00,000 sq ft saleable area, right on the Chennai Bangalore Highway, in association with GRAND MAGNUM. Project cost would be about INR 400.0 crores.
Number of other small layouts developed and sold.
Currently working on aggregation of land parcels - about 500 Acres in Santhavellore, Kanchipuram District. In Principle following land parcels are identified and ready to take over.
